Do I need every step?

No. Build only the steps your pet actually needs. A mostly indoor pet may need bath and refresh. An outdoor pet may need bath, tick support and paw care.

What should I pair with shampoo?

Pair by need: conditioner for coat manageability, paw care for rough pads, dry bath for between-bath odour, and anti-tick support for outdoor routines.

When should I skip a product?
