Grooming, refresh, paw-care and outdoor-support products use format-specific bases, with final guidance kept product-specific.
Mild surfactant blend
We use coco glucoside + decyl glucoside — plant-derived, biodegradable, foam without stripping.
Preservation
Preservation choices should be appropriate for the formula type and disclosed through final product documentation.
Water quality
Demineralized water only. Hard water (high Ca/Mg) disrupts pH — we control for it in production.

Why does pH matter so much for dog skin?
Dog skin sits at pH 6.5–7.5 — nearly neutral. Human shampoos at pH 5.5 strip the acid mantle that protects against bacteria and allergens. Every Bscly formula is batch-verified at the right pH for canine skin.
Are your ingredients safe if my dog ingests them?
All topical products are formulated with lick-safety in mind. The Paw Butter uses only food-grade ingredients. Rinse-off products are safe at residue levels after drying. No toxic essential oils, no zinc oxide, no camphor.
What does “10-chemical free” mean?
We exclude the 10 most common irritants: sulphates, parabens, silicones, artificial fragrance, MIT, formaldehyde, propylene glycol, mineral oil, artificial colourants, and synthetic preservatives beyond necessary safety levels.
Is neem oil safe for dogs?
Yes — at the concentrations we use (topical, rinse-off). Our cold-pressed neem is standardised to ensure consistent potency without over-concentration. All products are vet-reviewed before launch.
Can I see a Certificate of Analysis for a batch?
Yes. Every production batch has a CoA. Email us your batch number (printed on the bottom of the pack) and we’ll send the full report within 24 hours — pH, microbial count, heavy metals, and actives.
